Previously I outlined my dilemma around choosing the best colours for the project. I decided on a variation of the popular Land Rover "Marine Blue" for the body panels, and "Limestone" for the rims. A trip to the local hardware store to play with the colour-mixing charts enabled us to choose the final two colours we liked (I did rely heavily on my wife's vastly superior colour appraising skills!). For the body panels we chose Dulux's "Winter Teal", and for the rims we chose Plascon's "Happy Ending"(!).
